The products displayed in the allitalianstyle’s  web pages, are offered for sale by Tre b.i. Srl., C.so Susa 299/b – 10098 RIVOLI Torino Italia, Italian Registry and Tax No. 07637550018 – VAT No. 07637550018.

Tre b.i. srl  create and manage an E-commerce system exclusively devoted to the sale of items connected to the fashion accessories

To place an order, you have to register in the website www.allitalianstyle.com.

In order to be registered, the customer has to provide the following details regarding: personal data and addresses - including an e-mail address - and other information necessary for completing the registration or, if he/she gives his/her consent, data necessary for sending commercial information.

At the end of this procedure, the customer will have to choose his/her personal identification data: username and password. The use of the username and of the password will allow the correct access to on-line services provided by allitalianstyle.com.

For information concerning the processing of personal data, please refer to the section: Privacy

Orders may be finalized after registration by the customer and only after the on-line purchase procedure requiring all information useful to process the order (terms of payment, delivery, etc.) has been completed.

For each order the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing summary details of the order, at the e-mail address specified during registration.

Tre b.i. Srl. reserves the right to refuse the order either in case it appears not to be true and genuine – for instance when incomplete or inconsistent personal details of the customer are supplied, or in case the customer is in default in connection with previous purchases on allitalianstyle.com – or if the goods are not available on stock.

Tre b.i. Srl. will in any case reserve the right to verify the truth and genuineness of the order and will rely on customer’s availability.

Prices of the products are in euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as applied to each category of products.
The total price at the end of the purchase procedure will include delivery costs but not customs duties and any additional tax on sales.

Prices may be subject to changes for reasons which exceed the control of Tre b.i. Srl. The price of the products will in any case be as indicated on allitalianstyle.com at the time of the order and confirmed in the e-mail sent to the customer, as specified in “order and acceptance” above.

Allitalianstyle cannot guarantee the accuracy of the exchange rates displayed in our site. Rates are for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

If delivery is to be effected in a country outside the European Union (so called exports), goods will be subject to customs duties and taxes on sales, if applicable, by the competent authorities.
Customs duties and taxes on sales vary according to the country and apply upon arrival of the goods in the recipient country.

Any additional burden concerning customs clearance shall be exclusively borne by the recipient of the delivery.

For any information concerning the amount of customs duties and taxes, if applicable, and customs clearance procedures you may contact the competent Customs.

Terms of payment accepted for purchases on allitalianstyle.com are:

• Credit cards
  Payment may be effected through VISA credit cards, Master Card, American Express Paypal and IT systems assuring total security of operations.
  The user shall only supply the details of his/her own credit card in the purchase order and the request to charge the corresponding amount will only be made when the order is completed.
• Advanced Unirrevocable bank remittance.
  
  

Products warranty is as provided by the manufacturer of the product . Tre b.i. Srl. shall not be liable for lack of compliance of the products and the customer shall exclusively apply to the manufacturer.

Delivery costs vary according to the weight/volume and to the country of destination. Customer may check the amount concerning delivery before confirming his/her order: once the products have been chosen and the country of destination has been selected the trolley will automatically update and show the amount to be paid for delivery.

Delivery within the territory of Italy, S. Marino and the Vatican City: Tre b.i. Srl hereby undertakes to deliver the products ordered by Customer by Express Courier at the address specified when inputting the details of the order within 96 working hours from the payment. Any delay in delivery may not be attributed or attributable to Tre b.i. srl. Nor can Tre b.i. srl be held howsoever liable for damages caused by the Express Courier in relation to delayed delivery or non-delivery, since the agreement will be consummated upon delivery of the goods to the Courier. Tre b.i. srl hereby undertakes to take note of any

delayed delivery or non-delivery of the products through its proper Customer Service and to act in compliance with the law, if this will be the case. As far as processing of products damaged during transport is concerned, any liability shall be attributed to the express courier which handled delivery. Delivery c/o PO boxes are not accepted.

Delivery abroad: Tre b.i. srl hereby undertakes to deliver the products ordered by Customer by Express Courier at the address specified when inputting the details of the order, within 30 working days at the latest (save for any delay caused by customs). Deliveries PO BOX are not allowed. Any delay in delivery may not be attributed or attributable to Tre b.i. srl. Nor can Tre b.i. srl be held howsoever liable for damages caused by the Express Courier in relation to delayed delivery or non-delivery, since the agreement will be consummated upon delivery of the goods to the Courier. Tre b.i. srl hereby undertakes to take note of any delayed delivery or non-delivery of the products through its proper Customer Service and to act in compliance with the law, if this will be the case. As far as processing of products damaged during transport is concerned, any liability shall be attributed to the express courier which handled delivery. The recipient of the goods is liable for the payment of taxes and customs duties as provided by the laws in force in the recipient country.

If goods are not collected or delivered for reasons which may not be attributed either to Tre b.i. srl or to the courier, costs for delivery and return of purchased products shall be borne by Customer.
Delivery costs shall be borne by Customer and are calculated with reference to weight or volume of purchased products at the rates applied by the courier for delivery to the recipient country (see summary table at the paragraph headed “Delivery costs”).

Customer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of purchased goods, pursuant to article 5 of Law Decree no. 185/99. A form called “Goods Returned to Allitalianstyle c/o Tre b.i. srl, C.so Susa 299/b - 10098 Rivoli Torino Italy shall be sent by the above term.

Customer shall further return the product at the address specified above, in whole and intact: costs for return delivery shall be entirely borne by Customer.

In particular, return of goods shall be subject to the following requirements.

• The right shall apply to the whole product purchased: the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in connection with a part of the product only (e.g. accessories, …). If the offer is made by several products (“bundle”), the entire package shall be returned.
• The purchased product shall be returned in whole and intact and packed in its original packing, (including its accessories, if any: manuals, cables ...).
• Return delivery costs shall be borne by Customer pursuant to law;
  delivery will occur at Customer’s total liability until receipt is certified;
• If goods are damaged during transport, Tre b.i. srl shall give notice thereof to Customer (by the second day following receipt of the product), to allow him/her to report the accident against the courier he/she chose and obtain a reimbursement of the value of the product (if it was insured); in this event the product will be made available to Customer for return and the request of withdrawal will be cancelled.
• Tre b.i. srl shall not be howsoever responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured deliveries.
• Upon arrival at the warehouse the product will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
• If the above requirements are met, Tre b.i. srl will reimburse the amount paid by Customer in the shortest possible time and, in any event, within 30 days from the date Tre b.i. srl became aware of the exercise of his/her right of withdrawal by Customer.
• The right of withdrawal is fully debarred due to lack of the substantial condition of integrity of the product (packing and/or content) whenever Tre b.i. srl can verify:
• That the external packing and/or the original packaging is missing;
• That integral parts of the products (accessories, cables, manuals, …) are missing
• That the product was damaged due to reasons other than transport

If the right of withdrawal is debarred, Tre b.i. srl shall return the purchased product to sender, delivery costs to be borne by Customer.

No right of withdrawal applies to goods to be delivered abroad. Customers who may find some irregularities with respect to their orders (delivery of wrong goods, defective products, lack of products, etc.) may contact the customer service at the following e-mail address customers@allitalianstyle.com and explain the circumstance. Tre b.i. srl will deal each case based on the explanations supplied by the customers and upon the terms it will deem most appropriat.
